My name is Victoria Benelli, owner of White Barn Furniture and Art, artisan furniture maker and realist oil painter based in South Carolina. My creative journey began with handcrafted furniture and woodworking, where I taught myself the craft using little more than a hand saw, determination, and countless hours of practice. Those early experiences instilled in me a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, natural materials, and the beauty of objects made to last. That same philosophy guides my work as a realist oil painter.

Inspired by Scotland's rugged coastline, historic villages, and enduring traditions, I am currently building a collection of paintings that capture not only the place, but the feeling of being there.

Whether working with wood or canvas, I am drawn to creating work that feels timeless, carefully made, and deeply connected to the places and traditions that inspire it. I hope my work offers viewers a sense of calm, nostalgia, and connection to places that feel both familiar and enduring.
